Semarang Speedway GoKart is a new and exciting operation in the entertainment industry of Semarang. Our unique concept has been very positively received and is developing rapidly. To help us grow and deliver a quality experience for our customers we are looking to expand our team with an :

OPERATIONAL MANAGER

Responsibilities : 

• To lead daily Go Kart operation with a strong focus on customer 
• satisfaction asnd revenue generation. 
• Responsible for leading, directing and planning the staff (lead by example) 
• Responsible for supervising the F&B outlets 
• Ensure required service levels are met 
• Responsible for timely maintenance and upkeep of the go karts and track. 
• Effectively communicate with software technicians in case of downtime (in English) 
• Responsible for managing stock and utilities (water, electricity, internet). 
• Evaluate weekly and monthly with GM and Director. 
• Directly report to General Manager and Director
