Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably majoring in Economics or Natural Sciences (MIPA)
Minimum age 38 years old
Has 10 years experience in risk management
Has BRM level 3 and CRMP certificates or equivalent
Has work experience in banking, securities, asset management, insurance and / or pension fund
Able to conduct corporate risk assesment
Understand analytical thinking especially in systemic and non-systemic risks
Understand concept, theory and implementation of COSO, ISO:31000 and Besel II and III
Preferably has understanding related to capital market and / or investment banking
Preferably have WMI, CSA and FRM level 2 certificate
Senior Risk Supervisor
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably majoring in Economics or Natural Sciences (MIPA)
Minimum age 33 years old
Has 5 years experience in risk management
Has BRM level 2 and CRMP certificates or equivalent
Has work experience in banking, securities, asset management, insurance and / or pension fund
Able to conduct corporate risk assesment
Preferably has understanding related to capital market and / or investment banking
General Requirements
Indonesian citizen
Never been dishonorably dismissed as an officer / employee of state / private institution
Willing to work as contract employee for 2 years and can be appointed as permanent employee if meet the criteria
Not have family relationship as father / mother / child / sibling / son-in-law / daughter-in-law of PT. TASPEN (Persero) director or commissioner
Not have family relationship as husband / wife of PT. TASPEN (Persero) employee who still has working period more than 2 years from retirement age
